The view is best for me. Feel fresh and relax over here. Nice try too having at Avi Spa treatment , especially their massage , good enough for their pressure and service on it.

Nice stay, very comfy place & friendly staff but jus the room abit old, need to improve abit on this! Perfect for family with kids as they hv many activities for them & farms animal to explore :)

Fantastic local resort with a village feel. Great pet farm with chickens , doves, turtles . Peacocks roaming freely. Well kept lawns , waves lapping ....very relaxing getaway

The rooms are amazing! The place is so vast, if you need something sent to you, it's just a call away and they'll send someone to help you with it. The front office staff could be more friendly though

Perfect weekend gateway. But gotta get yourself mosquito repellent cos lotsa mosquitos at night. Maybe because I let the windows open, but hey, that's the reason you wanna stay near the beach right.

Had a fantastic time here. Pool was great. Booked a two room villa which was spacious and met all our needs. Spa is a must if you come here.

Great place to stay, the rooms are cozy , and the facilities good. The view of the sea is excellent if you get a room on the far end. Good for watching sunrise and sun set.

Deluxe room c/w extra bed , a daybed big enough for 2 kids. A premium Deluxe with 1 bedroom is enough if u have 3 teenage children. Come with 2 balconies and a superb sea view . Love it!

You can spot a #peacock right in front of your doorstep if you're lucky ????

Beautiful. Cosy. The beach is still typical pd beach tho. Dirty ocean. But they keep the hotel parts clean so it's fine.

Free wifi , great view , they even have peacocks as their house pets , service is pretty cool......no mineral water in room & gym equipments are a dinosaur though :-p

The open air shower room is an unique sensation.reading a book on the day bed or on deck while enjoying the breeze could make ur holiday even more relaxing.servants are approachable and helpful.

Love their water chalet, a wonderful getaway for family. Variety breakfast spread to choose from. Pricey food though

Check in n check out simply fuck-up! No separate check in for those who already pay the bill n for premium water chalet..taking their own sweet time to do things despite the long q.

Avi Spa is outstanding! Excellent massage and ambience. Ginger & orange tea by the balcony above wide open sea after massage . MUST TRY!!

The water and garden chalets , beautiful surrounding and the beach views are simply marvelleous

Worth your money..facilities are complimentary (Sauna-Gym-Kids Centre, etc) nice surrounding...water chalet room are big enough for family wth 4 kids...the downside is the room order food..tasteless..

Good environment. Rooms are ok, but the toilet cubicle floor was wet. Kids love the pool - but the attendants especially the thin Indian pool attendant could improve her attitude sikit. Kekwat cki

The staff I give 100%. Thumbs up to them for their altitude. The rooms are poorly maintained. Light switches are not working and many of it are a time bomb for a short circuit

thinking of staying at the water chalet? please bring along extension gang so u can charge your phones, camera , ipad, laptop simultaneously. plugpoint is damned limited.

Stay during peak season make you very late check in coz room not ready yet then sent you letter at nite said no delay check out next day 12pm sharp :-(

Rooms aee very nice n food very good too friendly staff n security guards but there r flies ( many of them mimd u) once u open th windows n sliding door.

buy the voucher during Matta fair (valid for 6mths), but remember to book in adv as the room not always available, especially during peak season..

I don't often leave negative tips, but this one was absolutely necessary. The wifi all throughout the resort sucks. It's free, but that does not make up for the unnecessary outages and difficulties...

hehe will go there tomorrow (Can't wait actually, dad says that place is awesome!) follow my dad for his work trip. holiday for me and my big brotha'! :D
