Great facility with nice staff . They have a 25 meter pool, sauna and steam which is really convenient. Large change and locker rooms for men and women and lots fitness classes to choose from.
yesterday 20/09/2021 being on of them how dare she have a go at another member of staff in front of other staff members which I also over heard them say she planed .
it is absolutely disgraceful and I will not be going back to that club and I will be making sure none of my colleagues, family or friends ever step foot in a club that allows any sort of bullying
One of the gyms that always has something wrong with the service.No towels.Or pools not working at times.Not to mention the stench and pungent smell of the rubbish joint outside. Absolutely revolting

The Staff at Virgin active Wandsworth Smugglers Way are some of the worst I've ever seen one member of staff I believe her name is Talisa I seen on more than one occasion BULLY other members of staff
