Both tills are not always open. Kitchen looks a mess. Certain flavour drinks and cakes cost extra, only because they are more popular. Friendly and efficient staff . Fair value. Excellent food. 5*
Superb customer service. The folks that work here really care about your visit. Lattes are spot on and at goldilocks temperature.
Baristas have always been friendly and aren't just there 'to do the job'.
