Residence Inn Houston by The Galleria

Probably the most friendly welcome I've ever received! It seems I won everything I possibly could just by walking in the door and woman at the front was beyond courteous!

Staff are outstanding - very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable . I don't really like the layout (separate buildings), but I'll be back!

Tucked away from downtown area. It has a private gate surrounding the property. Once you enter you feel like your coming home! It even has laundry facility and swimming pool .

Friendly staff but terrible housekeeping. Had to move room due to random trash around bed. Second room has similar problem. Very disappointed with Marriott and Residence Inn .
