Overall my experience in this hotel was very good, the rooms are nice, very comfortable and clean .
Great staff but avoid room 2222 across from Concierge Lounge as it backs up to Elevators and the constant noise and clunking all day all night makes sleep very difficult.
This place is great! My 1st time here! And I have a great view of the Galleria from the 13th floor!
The health club is open 24 hours so it always fits into your schedule. Be sure to check out the racquetball and half court of basketball on the third floor, just ask the health club attendant!
