I chose the namesake ramen of ajisen, it is by far some of the best ramen I've eaten. It has subtle flavors, and the broth is not too salty, which I greatly enjoy. They have a great variety too!

Pros: No lines . Lunch special . Fast service . Filling portions. Cons: Leaves my taste buds wanting a little more.I would only come here to get something filling enough for lunch .

The seafood ramen is on point. I got mine extra spicy and proceeded to wreck it. Nothing was left in the bowl except the shrimp peel.
