Love the room. Bfast buffet was good. Lots of choice. My kids love the pool and we’re absolutely LOVE the claw machine. Lol! Bed was comfortable . Bath was fair . Good service by the lift boy????????

hotel is good.same building with the shopping mall .so that easier for shopping eventhough you have no transport. we can spend day at waterpark and night watching movie at MBO cinema ! 4.5stars ;)

Please opt for Renaissance Hotel or DoubleTree. Their rate is about the same (or slightly higher) but the service and facilities you get are definitely much better than what you'll get at KSL.

..hayoO..don't be soo kiasu to switch on your a/c at the the entrance of the lifts !..your lif honestly suck..since it take along time for us(guests) to go to our floor by gettin' any vacant lif..

Good for cheap rates you get on booking apps and being conveniently located at a mall , the service and food is not a go to. Ordered a caesar salad and Pizza Fruitti de Mare and they screwed it twice

Very nice and big swimming pool . Very fun for children cause it just designed like a dinosaur park . No hotel here can beat KSL Hotel for the swimming pool .

The room space is smaller if compare with Mutiara Hotel , Mutiara Hotel rate is cheaper. But here is more convenient because attached with shopping mall , no need drive out for dinning or chilling out .

..dunno hw on god green erth thy apprvd its elevators system as well capacity..yea it's a rsidency type of place but..not all of this occupants (private) ownd..mst of it belong to KSL..

I had a wonderful trip at this hotel . Well , its a new hotel but the service has improved. The room is very comfortable , but i just dont like the area. Pasar Malam near to hotel ? Ayoyoyo, pitams! Hihi

..first and foremost..what's up with its lift ?!..bloody small to squeeze more than few peeps with their baggagè and bloody confusin'!..

the queue in this hotel for "check out" also takes long time so please be aware of that when you want to check out from this hotel

Breakfast here has more varieties of choice if compare with Mutiara Hotel & Paragon Hotel . The space of the restaurant is bigger than them also.

Good room, clean place. Very new. But this place has too much Chinese tourist that causes long check in queues during peak hours. Same goes with the breakfast buffet . Wifi unstable.

One of the most famous local hang out place. Wide selection of food, fashion and accompanied by events from time to time.

We stayed at the apartment . It was okay, quite spacious for big family. But..*sighh* the check in took about an hour. The elevators were very very veryyy slowwwww omg please do something!

Hi-tea buffet aka lunch buffet priced at rm38.00++ it was very cheap compared to the varities of foods served! The foods were excellent!

Rm 2233 - wif tub. Rm 1942 - awesome. Rm1746 - grd super king ????. Aircond X cold. Door faulty - weak battery. Tv remote weak battery. Curtains ????Bed and pillows NOT v comfy as superior king rooms.

we always do our events here but everytime i am here, the staffs is never friendly & incompetent. no smiles, always a mistakes here and there. u dont feel like u are welcome. bad customer service.

Lift plunge! No bell! Guard was with us in the lift ! Walkie talkie doesn’t work! Hp no reception! If the world is coming to the end, hiding in Ksl is one of the worst idea! No one even realised!

The infinity pool at Level 7 opens from 8.00am to 8.00pm. But, it will close down if rain.

Breakfast are bad. Room considered ok with the price. Tower 1 has the nice view of JB.

1st day of 2023 & a full capacity operating lift plunged from lvl 2 to ground.d impact was scary &it’s nothing like any1 had experience it before.Next worst thing that happened is,bell doesn’t work!

The bed and the pillow is very comfortable . Normal rate for 2 persons share room (2 beds inclusive of 2 breakfast ) is RM300 over. Corporate rate is cheaper.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and close to the singapore. delicious food:)

check in at this hotel takes 45 minutes to hours and you need to take queue number similar going to the bank :p

Rooms are new & clean , not enough lifts though. Plan ahead, or u'll end up waiting at the lift lobby at peak hours

5 stars hotel but not like 5 stars hotel , service is'nt good..can't like mercure or else...but easy find chinesse food around the hotel and side by side mall so easy shopping...

Location is good with KSL Mall in the same building. Considering it is a new hotel but the room's wallpaper started to peel off. Front office staff was friendly and polite.

Hotel is fantastic. However, it will be nicer if this is not surrounded by houses and factories .

If you want to go to Universal Studios by booking through this hotel , be prepared to wait. Endless. Hotel staffs are NOT scheduled specific. Also, bus driver makes deviation from schedule. Idiots.

Slow service, weird location .. Lift is damn slow and always full.. Not a good place to go especially on monday, part of the roads blocked due to the pasar malam .. (Funny how authorities approved it)
