Radisson San José

The building itself is pretty ugly and it's very dark inside. However the rooms are nice and the beds are confortable. Last but not least and very hard to find in Costa Rica, their internet is fast.

Walking distance to downtown but neighborhood is not nice. If room is near the avenue, trucks will wake you up since 04:00 hrs. Last day I found a coacroach near the mini-bar. Personnel is awesome.

Nice hotel with good price/quality relation. Wifi is terrible in some areas and great in others. Make sure you ask for a room with good wifi signal when checking in. Breakfast is quite good!

Make sure your room is away from the road so you don't have to listen to all the truck 's engine braking. Ridiculously loud . Starts at 4AM. Pick pool side .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever received. Left my glasses there 1 month ago and been emailing and calling daily attempting to get them back. Received 1 email 2 weeks ago saying they had them then nothing

Bad hotel , the first night the room wasn't organized , the bathroom have floods and the TV had many problems. Not recommended in San Jose

El desayuno , el sauna , el excelente trato de los empleados y las amplias habitaciones , todo es súper.

Es la tercera vez que asisto a un congreso en este hotel , la atención es muy buena y además de excelente la alimentación brindada en cada evento .

Los del 4 to nivel pueden ir al coffe station. Hay snacks, bebidas y café . Puedes tomar sin costo adicional.

No recomiendo para nada contratar los tours en el hotel , 1 . Mas caros . 2 no se fijan y lo sacan para otra fecha !!! Y te hacen perder el día a lo tonto.... Malísimos !! Ellos mismos se hacen bolas !!

El peor servicio en el restaurante . Casi una hora para servir los platos, a los meseros hay que pedirles las cosas 5 veces! Fatal Worst service ever!!!!!

Pésima ducha : agua caliente quema, la fría congela, no se puede poner tibia y llega poca agua . terrible para bañarse bien, cómodo y rápido

Tenia tiempo de no venir, fiel cliente de los desayunos , una total decepcion, pobre se le queda corto, no lo recomiendo
