Such a fun and artsy place to visit. Super close to the zoo as well . Very humid inside but totally worth it. It is bigger on the inside than you would think! So many cool plants and flowers to see!!!

It is a great place to warm up when it's cold outside, especially the fern room . The plants are so beautiful and it is very relaxing to take a short stroll around the main room.

Ever wonder why the Spring Flower Show in the Show House is cooler than other rooms? To prevent the plants from blooming too quickly thru the length of the show! We keep temps between 40 & 50 degrees
The show room at the northwest side of the Conservatory has changing shows if you feel the main, fern, and orchid rooms look the same every time you visit.

Smaller than Garfield Park , but worth a stop, especially if you're already in the area. The outside gardens are great for summer picnicking .

One of the nicest spots in Chicago for a calming walk. Plants from all over the world fill the conservatory and the surrounding gardens. Just a block off the Green Line - Todd Kuna
