If you are a vistor make sure you go to the jewelery section and ask for the Macy's domestic vistor saving pass for 10% off certain purchases
Bought a watch online and brought it in to be sized. The women at the watch counter refused to remove two links unless I had a physical copy of my receipt. Unbelievably horrible customer service.
Don't bother with the so-called door buster coupons - they weren't eligible on any of the sale or regular priced items I tried to buy. Why send out coupons if 95% of the store's items are exempt?

You need extra patience when talking to people at the Lancôme counter. They think really slow.
