This store is crowded and busy all the time, but a ton of Apple employees are there to help. Make a Genius appointment if you have a problem, otherwise you're probably out of luck!

Go to Apple Store in Los Angeles! Ask for buying an Ipad and ask before the taxes... you discover that is much cheaper buy it in Italy!

All the wall and window displays have apps on them. Ask what they are!

I've never been in a retail store with a more uncomfortable lighting than this. I got a headache within two minutes, and I'm usually not sensitive to light at all.

They work really slow, and don't pay attention to your appointments being kept on time. However, Jean and Brian are nice and helpful

Well , they have Apple products. I guess that's good.

Don't ask them about NAS solutions - they suggest you enterprise mac server... LOL

Too bad the genius bar staff makes ya feel like you're inconveniencing them. I much prefer the Grove, even though it's harder to get an appointment.

Play the NBA Jam to make the time fly if u have to wait for the genius bar !

Compared to other SoCal stores this one is kinda' small. But slammed since the day they opened!

I was first in line here on opening day.

stopped by the Apple Store to get my gritty little palms on the iPad and then compared my HTC Evo 4g to the iPhone 3g side-by-side :)

Robert at the Genius bar is cool and helpful.

They don't have as many workshops any more.
