Bought my Iphone 5s here in the end of October.. which was the last one available in the store but exactly in the color and with the carrier I wanted! I was served quickly and friendly .Liked the store

The few times Mr. MBP gives me probs, this store always manages to have the 1st available appt and their staff has ALWAYS been more genuinely helpful than some of the stores I've been to

If you made an appointment online for the Genius Bar check in with an Apple employee when you arrive. You don't have to check in at the bar .

Do NOT go to this Apple store if your looking for non-Apple product like you fun in other stores. This is the Grove. No Belkin (or similar) product will grace these store shelves.

Good service but don't depend on the internet speed in there ????

If you want to skip the insane Grove or Farmer's Market parking lots , park at the Whole Foods across the street. Picked up an iPhone in less than 10 minutes by doing this on a Saturday afternoon.

One of the busiest Apple Store's so the service is kind of slow.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had a problem with my iPhone and they didn't want help me out. Their manager, named Art , kept such an arrogant attitude. I felt very disrespectful.

If you have a one to one, this is the one to go to if you are claustrophobic
