Magnolia store in the back has fantastic service!! I bought a pair of speakers and had an issue and they offered to come to my house for free to help troubleshoot!!

Best buy has completely changed its store from customer service to the product selection. I seem like I am there almost everyday. Parking is a pain anywhere in Los Angeles!!

I use to hate Best Buy! But, now we shop here often! They have good customer service, good products, good in store financing! We actually enjoy our shopping experience!

I like this Best Buy. I frequent it, the staff is always helpful and friendly .

First hour of parking is free. Enter and leave from the Formosa entrance to save time and hassle.
