the staff here are extremely friendly and cheerful. they'll bring you out of a bad mood even with little sleep and before you get caffeinated. order with the app to skip the line .

Even though this isn't the closest Starbucks to me, I go out of my way to come to this one because I love the staff here. They always make my chai perfectly. Best Starbucks location hands down!

Everyone is so nice and they make the best drinks. My fav Starbucks store for sure. Jordan even makes it a point to say hello and remember my name - that's impressive and makes customers feel special.

Always a line , but it moves fast. They're on the ball. Not a ton of seating so I personally don't like to linger inside. Plenty of tables outside anyway.

For free Wi-Fi get a Starbucks card and register it. Need to use the card once a month and keep $10 on it and you get 2hrs of free wifi a day, though a pain at first to set up, but OK after that

Small store, so no toasting of Bagels / Sandwiches . The staff runs hot and cold in personality but always efficient. Crowd is where yuppie meets white trash and drag queens . Great for people watching

Not the best parking situation, so it's not the best drive-to Starbucks. But, if you work near West Hollywood, not a bad place with good service .

The lady with the birthmark (?) on her face is super lovely and cheerful, even when this place is crazy busy.

Tables and floor were dirty . They didn't have a lot of things in stock. Space was too small. Baristas weren't friendly . It got busy fast, and drinks took a long time to be made.

Try a black ice tea lemonade with 12 pumps of classic, it's so good :)

The people watching is epic, so be sure to get a window seat ! :-)
