Whole array of books and random soap/ notebook accessories that you can get lost in. Read a book . Drink coffee . Sleep on the floor. It's all good.

Cashier , Customer Service, Cafe , & B&N Jr. Is the 3rd floor. Weird & inconvenient, especially for families who have strollers (like me). But they have an outdoor patio which is neat.

Three levels of heaven! I could like live here already. Music , magazines, BOOKS, the nook , and Starbucks. My life is complete. Try checking out the nooks . I had fun mostly on that part.

If your looking for a respite from the Grove crowds, head up to third floor, pick up a treat from Starbucks and park yourself on the outdoor terrace overlooking the main Grove thoroughfare.

I would love to stay here overnight with all those books , consuming coffee endlessly, digging into pages... ????

Try to get something simple like coffee when it's busy. It can take a while for you to get your drink.

It's hotter than the weather forecast said outside, but inside the largest B & N on the West Coast, it's cool (and surprisingly not crowded ). I hear Hindi, Korean, Hebrew ~a bit o' English, too.

Nice to still have one bookstore chain still in existence.
