Newington Green

Don't walk around with your iPhone/smartphone in your hand on the Green as there's little boys on bikes pilfering them out of hands and cycling away. Has happened to two friends in last 3 months.

#NorthLondon open space with a rich history. In 16 c Henry VIII used a house on south side of Green as a base for hunting wild bulls , stags & wild boars that roamed the surrounding Forrest! #localfact

Cute and tidy little park . I like that it has zebra crossings all around it so it's easy to get to, and that there's a café in it.

A lovely green square with several good restaurants and foodie shops around.

The little coffee shop here is great! Get a coffee and pastry and sit in the Sun.

Good luck trying to find the correct bus stop for your bus - it's rather confusing for newcomers.
