Check out this newly renovated health club just outside Kendall Square! Lots of great personal trainers , group classes and it's the home of Boston's recreational basketball leagues , CAC Basketball !
Great club with fitness center and squash . If you plan to play squash on a weeknight you need to sign up ahead of time to ensure you get a court. Price when I signed up: $140 for a couple
I work upstairs and there's this trainer who wears these little black footie socks who wanders outside occasionally and he's like God's gift to DNA. For real, ladies and gays - OMG situation.
ecent gym and walking distace to Msft Cambridge Office at 1 Memorial Dr. Free weights but dumbells only to 100lbs. Not much equipment, but adequate.
Wifi avail (pw cacfitness) on the main floors (but not lower locker room floor)
Use the erg and the jump rope: great under-rated workouts.
Play some squash on one of the three available courts. You'll have fun while also getting a great workout!
Try a free session of Tang Soo Do martial arts . The instructors are knock-outs.
Men's showers out of order today 11/11 until 3pm. Bummer!
Zumba with David is a must!
Best gym ever. Fun basketball leagues , too.
Best hoop leagues in Boston.
It's a fun place to work out and meet up with friends. The building is old and can use a renovation but the membership fees are really cheap! - Samuel Gebru
Saturday Ashtanga with Kristin - a good combination of challenge and stretching. - Eva Kaniasty
Food court is awesome, and you can't beat the location. Inexpensive shuttle to Kendall/MIT to explore even more! Great mid range shops and the bigger stores you're looking for like Sears and Best Buy. - Madeline Anderson
Almond croissant. Warm soft flaky crisp in every bite. Best croissant by far! Excited to try everything else on the menu. - Francisca Tan
