Hotel 's location is perfect for shopping and visiting city centre. They offer you free Wi-Fi for slower net speed but if you need high speed connection you can choose faster connection for paid.

Well run hotel , located right next to Ku'dam/KDW and the zoo . Underground station right around the corner. Make sure to have dinner in the American steak restaurant , the meat is great.

Great atmosphere with professional staff . I would've recommend to try the Rib 's Steak at "Wilson's" the Prime Rib Restaurant at lobby lounge , it is so delicious :-)

Nice location and quiet (!) rooms. Good breakfast . Few big parkings near for about 20 EUR per day only. Only one negative moment was found - too soft beds .

Good location. Paid wi-fi, but you can get it for free if you subscribe to their loyalty program (also for free). Slow connection, though.

Good news: Location is excellent with lots of access to Zoo , public transport and food/shopping. On 7th floor, had no real trouble with Internet. Bad news: Restaurant for dinner & breakfast is poor.

Great hotel but, No free wifi on a five star hotel . Thats not ok! Oh yeah...dont eat breakfast between 8.30 and 9.30 on weekends unless u wanna wait 30 mins for a table

If your rate includes free wifi , be sure to tell them how many devices you want to connect so you get enough access codes.

This is the nicest place to stay if you want to get close to Kadewe.

BE CAREFUL! There are people outside that will try to talk to you and steal you, they took my father's iphone! They have no cameras outside! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Excellent location. Average rooms. Beds are hard and basic for a 'nice hotel '. Doors slam continuously all morning. Staff treated me like dirt. Repeatedly. Not impressed overall. Better for cheaper.

The worst hotel I've ever been in my entire life. I have been traveling for more than 15 years but never had an experience as bad as this. I lost my iphone in there. they turned it off when i called!!

good value for money but very bad internet connection dont expect to do any work done. also housekeeping starts slamming doors at 7 trying to clean still occupied rooms so dont think you will sleep

Tolles Hotel . International und alles, was man so braucht - was dann natürlich auch seinen Preis wert ist.

Рядом зоопарк и много магазинов . Удобные матрасы , тишина и вкусные завтраки

Сервис, номера , завтрак - все супер! Но отель однозначно для любителей жестких кроватей????

Очень хороший завтрак , хорошее обслуживание . Единственный минус - отсутствие свободного интернета. Есть вариант 12,5 евро в сутки.

За Чекин в 4sq в лобби баре дают кофе .

Номер миленький, но свободного пространства очень мало, вдвоем не развернешься, кроме того в минусы я бы добавила платный и крайне медленный интернет.

Отель гадкий. Берите конкорд который на этой же улице. Он же софитель. Те же деньги и все намного лучше

Гавно отель , будят с 7 утра чтоб прибраться в номере , с учетом что заехал на одну ночь! Слышимость вообще не описуема, слышно как япошки решают явно проблемы мирового масштаба этажах в 4-5 от тебя
