I look forward to eating here every time I am in town . I am so glad that I don't live here because I would eat here too frequently. My favorites Bolognese , Zawzeech, & Meatloaf Parmesan ". CA$H ONLY.

The United States has the best sandwiches of any country . Philly has the best sandwiches in the country . Paesanos has the best sandwiches in Philly. Ergo Paesanos has the best sandwiches in the world.

Philly Chese Steak is the best street food in the USA. Additionally, this is the best place you can eat it. Eat more and more when you have chance to get..

Amazing sandwiches with really unique ingredient combos. The Gustaio with home-made lamb sausage and red sun-dried cherries on mint crispy flatbread was phenomenal. Can really recommend this place !!

Incredible food! Huge portions and ingredients are flavorful and fresh. Only fault I can find is that I can’t eat all my meals here.

Ditch work for an hour on a Friday afternoon and come in for a quick lunch . Order the meatball bosciaola sandwich , sit down, and enjoy. (Bring your laptop with you just in case.)

The most epic sandwiches ever. Like ever. My favorite is the Bolognese , a fried lasagna (yes this is real) sandwich . Also check out the Paesano, the Arista , the Daddy Wad, and the veggie sandwiches .

The namesake and arista are both incredible. Pretty much can't go wrong here. And there's a pretty good sandwich with fried lasagna in it.

The Bolognese , which layers fried lasagna with red sauce , smoked mozzarella , roasted peppers , sharp provolone , and a sunny-side-up egg , will make you forget all about those touristy cheesesteaks .

This is where you'll find my favorite roast pork sandwich , the Arista w/ broccoli rabe , long hots and sharp provolone . It may be sacrilege to say, but this beats out DiNic's for me.

Anthony Bourdain stopped by Paesano's while in Philadelphia filming for his show The Layover. He and his crew tried four sandwiches : The Liveracce , the Gustaio , the Arista , and the Paesano.

Go for the roasted suckling pig , provolone , and broccoli rabe in the "Arista ". For an Italian cold-cut, go for the "Daddy Wad," packed with mortadella , salami , sopresatta, cappacolla and prosciutto .

Paesano’s sandwich shop is decidedly new-school thanks to chef Peter McNamara’s flourish: The Tuna Italiana throws herb-cheddar spread, hard-cooked egg , roasted tomatoes , arugula & chips into the mix.

One the best sandwich shops in the Italian market in south Philly. There crispy meatloaf Parmesan sandwich is out of this world.

Think Slow Food in Italian Nonna’s kitchen with loud Irish roots...Crazy-delicious combos like the pulled roast suckling pig with broccoli rabe , Italian longhots and sharp provolone .

These sandwiches put the cheesesteak to shame. Get the Arista with roast suckling pig and wash it down with a root beer .

These are honestly some of the best sandwiches in town . And this is a sandwich town .
