The customer service has always been helpful. In fact I've shopped here (dog supplies) and the guy helping me was above and beyond helpful. Wish I remembered his name. There were two w/ the same name.

The 3rd shift manager is very nice and friendly . Nice to see that

If you are a big guy, 2 XLT or 3 XLT this is the place to shop.

Walmart Supercenter 7 minutes drive to the northwest of Chardon Dental Arts

Can't tell if they are just always understaffed or all the employees are just afraid of helping customers.

The dirtiest Wal-mart that I've ever been to and don't try and find someone to help you because they are non-existent.

Understaffed and usually unhelpful at the registers.

Came for Black Friday and they never got in a bunch of the items. So disappointing.

I hate this Walmart but it's the closest one to me. It's always 2 lines open and the cashiers are rude and slow.

This store sucks. So freaking much. If you don't have to come in here, then don't. Horrible employees and dark and dirty .

They don't have enough staff . Lines were 9 people deep and only 2 of about 20 registers open.

the ladies room is super nasty & smells gross. the only working stall didn't have a lock.

I so hate this walmart. Rude ppl, its dirty . There is a Target across the street in the other plaza that is much better.
