Will never ever go back to bestbuy again. Customer service is awful and slow. Spent 15k. With them last year and that's end of our relationship they suck .

Was told my iPad2 was in today. They even asked my name and repeated the type. Waited 20 mins in line . It was not actually there. Huge waste of time.

Be Patient, under staffed

Not only are they understaffed, but the people they have hired are completely incompetent. Overall an awful experience.
