When you're done with your cart, it goes to a corral or to the entrance. Not in the parking spaces and not on the sidewalk.

From the Northwest, I've never been to a Costco where there is ample parking and short checkout lines , but there are both here. Not quite worth a trip to Cleveland, but delightful nonetheless.
