You can’t really go wrong. Chicken in a space suit, shrimp chips , spicy plantation peanuts , all the best natural wines , lovely servers and space. It’s tits.
Food menu changes time over time. Enjoyed the oolong truffle chocolates . Similar to downstairs, there’s a default 20% tip and 5% sf mandate (and you thought minimum suggested tip in nyc was bad!)
Everything on the menu was amazing! Especially the prawn toast , lamb skewers , and egg tart
Ambiance is great & the cocktails are good. Food menu is limited, overpriced & worlds apart from Mister Jiu’s. Only liked the pork trotter. Felt the Monterey squid was oily & disappointed by the rest.
Come for a single drink to start your night. Loungey vibe is chill . The food is ridiculously expensive .
The space and decor are nice. However, the snacks are extremely overpriced!
Cool inside but the drinks are meh
Ordering ahead is usually a good idea. Melissa's interpretation of (Asian) pastry is phenomenal – from rich burnt honey pie to fluffy, not-too-sweet vanilla sponge slices. - Jenn Chen
Best Chai in SF. My go-to *work from home* coffee bar / place to meet friends for a drink before going out. - Joel
Great cocktails, try the Book Burner. - Dapper Diner
Mr Jiu's is a wonderful, updated take on classic Chinese food. The family style dinners are perfect for big groups. Love it! - John Spinale
The coconut washed drink and milk punch are the best drinks! Fried chicken ???????? - Sydney M
