We waited on line for 15 minutes and the pizza took an hour to cook, but it really was worth wait. The sauce, coal fired oven and handmade crust was perfection.

This place can get really crowded during the summer, if it is during the Mermaid Parade , you probably wouldn't be able to get in. Off-season though, there is no line and fast service , excellent sauce!
The crust is among the best I’ve ever had. The sauce and cheese are excellent but a few other legendary spots have it slightly better. But it’s still worth every minute you wait in line .
Top 5 pizzas in BK and in NY for hat matter! Cool retro vibe ...but you come here for the pizza not the place. Awesome crust fresh ingredients . Order a pie you won't take any home!
If you want some old school style brick oven pizza with some great flavor, you need to stop here. This place is definitely a gem that everyone should come to and enjoy some great pizza .
Enjoy some of the best pizza in NYC and make sure to be nice and respectful to Cookie . I'm a fan of the peppers/onions topping.

My absolute favorite pizza on Earth (and I eat a lot of pizza ). Line can be long and employees won't take any sh*t. Totally worth it.
Great slice. Light, saucy, and some of the best crust game on planet earth. They'll bring it straight from the oven to your table, so let it cool for a second
Totonno's have a menu with two pizza sizes available. They do not serve single slices. They have choices of 8-9 toppings on it. They serve beer and soft drinks .Their pepperoni pizza was good.

A legend that lives up to its old school New York billing. Thin crust , flavorful sauce. Hurricane Sandy survivor. Visited w/friends after Coney Island rides. [Note: Pulino's, listed below, went out.]
this is my #2 pizza in the world! it's definitely worth the train ride to Coney Island to stop in for a pie ???? - come hungry!

Pizzaiolos prep and fire pies for as long as there's dough available, which for us occasionally means confronting a locked door. But generations of New Yorkers haven't minded, and neither should you.

Your patience will be rewarded, the pizza is exceptional. Definitely get a plain pie to experience the Platonic ideal.
Totonno's sports the best fresh mozzarella of any pizzeria in town . That this cheese is a little soupy, making the pie damp, is fine with us. Just grab a fork! Read more
Top 5 pizza anywhere. This place defines NY pizza and is a must try along with the other greats.
In case you have a really rough night and wake up at the end of the line as the subway pulls in to Coney Island (don’t judge, it happens to the best of us), treat yourself to a slice of NY’s finest. Read more
Get there b4 noon on Sat. Old school in that your toppings r limited to the core offerings, no bbq chicken . The center crust gets soggy which is the only thing separating this from the premier joints
Classic cheese pie is excellent. The wait on weekends can be almost 2hrs.
Cash only !!! By the pizza only!!! Worth it? Definitely. Delicious and light pizza with great balance between sauce, cheese , toppings and crust. Yum.
Classic. Nice crispy crust and excellent tomato sauce . No frills.
Fantastic pizza some of the best in NY. Great little spot to get mini bottle wine a pie and hit up Coney Island .
If you're vegan , just get a cheeseless pie loaded with their excellent vegetable toppings. The sauce and crust are still To Die for.
The crust is enough to bike 7 miles. A major staple in the Brooklyn Pizza Phenomenon. A booth , a simple pie. All you need for a stellar Saturday afternoon or Sunday, Monday, Tuesday...
Screw the Rat Pack, this pizzeria has autographed pictures of The Ramones and Lou Reed on the walls. Best pie in the city hands down and well worth the trip to Coney Island .
Spend the dough and get extra cheese . It's fine with the regular amount, but the additional cheese makes a great pie excellent.
One of New York's most renowned pizzerias . Incomparable New York-style pies on Coney Island .
Whatever you do, DON'T ASK FOR A MENU. There are none, as Totonno's matriarch Louise "Cookie " Ciminieri will be quick to remind you. Just check the menu board in the back of the restaurant .
A pizza worth the hour-long subway ride, and the wait at the coor – the margherita is simply amazing. The crust is flavorful and crispy .
Love the pizza here in Coney Island won a James beard award for their pizza and it's well deserved.

The tomato sauce is wonderful .
Good enough for one person to demolish at least four slices of your large pie. Holy pizza god for the win.
