I was a Theo evangelist before moving to Seattle—and I love it even more now. It’s some of the creamiest dark chocolate you’ll ever have. And the tour is tons of fun, lots of chocolate to sample!

1hr factory tours offered daily, led by enthusiastic knowledgeable guides who will tell you all about the chocolate craft & its social and environmental implications, with lots of samples thrown in.

The chocolate is amazing. The ganaches and chocolate bars have really unique flavors that will satisfy a variety of palettes. The 1 hour tour is informative and highly recommended (more samples too)

My 2nd time doing the tour , which is highly recommended as I find that the more you understand how chocolates are made, the more tasty they seem. Some chocolates are only available at company store.

Broken bar days are a fun way to purchase their chocolate . They advertise these events periodically. The lines can get long, but it's fun and the chocolate is so good.

You must do the Chocolate Tour for $6 and sample more chocolate than you can eat. You'll almost feel like Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory ;)

Sit in the back when they're sampling chocolate so they all end up in your lap!

The shop sells more perishable items like truffles and chocolate bark. Do the factory tour too if you have the time.

You can taste most of the chocolate bars in the shop, so you know what you're getting when you buy! Really fun.

The tour was cheap ($6!), fun, informative, and afterwards they let you stuff your face with samples...no Oompa Loompa's, though.

We couldn't get into the tour because it was booked for a week ahead. We went and still got to try alot of chocolate . Very friendly and helpful staff . Try the salted caramels .
