The service is awesome!! The public house was amazing..treated the military like royals! The Manager Houda was awesome as well as our server..so thankful!

If the coffee kiosk in front is closed, just go into the restaurant . It's the same coffee they just move everything into the restaurant after 12:30

Great view , great room, greet fitness center with brand new equipment. Also digital key rocks. I managed to not interact with a single other person my entire stay.

Staying at the airport has disadvantages; getting downtown is expensive and you'll have a hard time getting an Uber. Room with a view and nice reception. Bit overpriced.

It's shorter to walk here from all terminals than waiting for shuttle . From Terminals A, B & C just cut through the Central Parking Garage Level 2 to the walkway bridge to hotel .

Convenient 4 star hotel in Boston. Direct access to airport terminals and shuttle service to subway.

Executive lounge on the 10th floor is a good place to crash and watch activity at the airport

Our favorite hotel to stay at when flying out from Logan. Have dinner at Connellys. Great food. And worth the price.

Nice hotel ! The staff was friendly , and the room was clean and spacious . Restaurants were good, despite being pricey . Main complaint: bad cell reception (Verizon) and WiFi wouldn't stay connected.

The shuttle will take 20 min to get you. The walkway on Terminal B is on LEVEL 2...end of garage towards Terminal A....walk through A instead of Central Parking to get to the walkway to the Hilton.

You can fall out of your bed to airport check in but it does not feel like an airport hotel at all. Lively bar peaceful lobby. So close to the down town you don't even need to be flying to stay here!

With first class tickets you get first priority access to check in and to go through security ! It tools us 5 minutes all together !!

Bar pies are pretty solid, skip the lobster mac n cheese

If you are not a fan of Hilton it's better to stay in Hyatt. You pay more but they give you great view on Boston

The room service menu has a page called "All Day menu" but its not available between 1pm & 5pm! Strange definition of All Day.

Rm 955 is the devil room. Heater makes a noise like a wookie every 1/2 hour or so and the shower temp alternates between scalding and freezing. Never had a problem before here.

Hotel close to the airport with big rooms . Hotel shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes.

Close to the train and airport . Great executive lounge !

A great walk to the skybridge from the hotel to the airport if you're not in a hurry.

Don't eat here! Total rip off, ordered a Caesar salad with salmon for $20. The salmon wasn't even 3 oz! I returned it and ate at legal seafood in terminal!
