Solid Tex-Mex. Great Pappas quality and service. That said the El Tiempo chain of establishments will always be my Houston Tex-Mex favorites. Papasitos is still a fantastic choice for a Mexican bite.
If you can't decide between two dishes they will mix for you. I had stuffed shrimp and shrimp and pineapple . Both great. And our waitress Sonya was excellent. My only regret was not trying 'the wave'.

Huge portions . Huge. Did I say they are huge? Too much food. Chicken fajitas were ok. Tortilla soup - ok. A bit overpriced for the standard. Service was good though. Lots of meat and seafood .

The food is a bit pricey , but the food, drinks and service is definitely worth it. We came here after Pappadeaux gave us a hard time about coming in a big party. Great decision.
