Great hotel booked through lastminute.com as a mystery room. Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff . Good bar and pub prices. Free WiFi throughout hotel . Would highly recommend.

Beautiful building, the symbol of Cricklewood, mentioned in a John Betjeman poem. Cheap alcohol by London standards, good bar food, outdoor seating overlooking the vibrant Broadway.

Good hotel with excellent travel to the centre. Nice rooms with good bathroom . Showerimg in bath is less comfortable . Breakfast is good. Noisy in the weekends because of weddingparty's, loud music !

The place is top draw and ober friendly . Highly recommend especially at price . Lovely design v clean . Great pool . Only 30 min by bus to city london

Comfortable beds and large rooms

Be careful at the lobby with your stuff. One of my coworkers got his phone stolen there by some street kids. And we heard this wasn't the first time :-S

The air conditioning is very bad and hot. The duty manager Zoltan was really rude to me and unprofessional. Please Don't go to this hotel if you are looking for comfort.

Nice Irish bar situated in the heart of cricklewood

I wouldn't come here. Some rooms above the noisy pub . I've also had better breakfasts . The staff are very nice though.
