A truly well thought-out design concept for this memorial . A bit out of the way but well worth the drive. It will be even more amazing once the whole memorial path and visitors center are complete.
On the way in or out, be sure to check out the extra signs giving further details about the surrounding fields and neighborhoods . Very informative, but a bit tricky to enter the one-way driveways.
Bring water, it can be a long walk from parking to the wall. They have wheelchairs there if you have someone who needs one. Everyone there is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable . Very moving site.
if you are unable to walk down to the Memorial itself you can drive down. Parking available.
What a wonderfully made memorial to honor those whose lives were lost so tragically. Reading, looking at the pictures & watching the videos brought tears to my eyes as it was so emotional.
What an awesome memorial ! Very somber feeling. The visitors center was worth seeing. Highly recommend if you are near the area.
Keep your kids from running around...it's a MEMORIAL!! And when the guides are talking, GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE!
Working here for the past three years has been one of the best experiences of my life and I would highly recommend stopping out and talking to one of the rangers or the volunteer ambassadors.
This is a wonderful national park . It has beautiful trails and quiet places to reflect on 9/11. The rangers are excellent teachers . The tower of wind chimes will be dedicated 9/9/18.
an easy stop off of 30 and 76. Always open, regardless of weather. Very moving memorial to those of Flight 93.
Don't follow GPS directions. They take you in a circle. Also, last entry is 6:30 PM. It's worth the trip because they didn't let the bastards win. God bless their families and their souls.
If you need a reminder why the people of this country are the reason why America is the best country in the world, visit this memorial !
This is such an incredible place to visit. Walk the trails . Listen to the rangers tell the story. Get the full experience and you won't regret it.
Talk to the Ambassadors at the site. The rangers are well-informed, but most of the ambassadors are locals who were there, and they can tell you stories.
The crash site of Flight 93 is now a National Park and memorial to the bravery and heroic actions of the crew and passengers. More information can be found here. http://www.nps.gov/flni/index.htm
Take time to do the cell phone tour . The rangers and volunteers ( Carl) do a great job.
So well done, but heart wrenching. Here's one person's point-of-view: if you admire courage and selflessness, your nationality doesn't matter.
Very peaceful , stark, but beautifully made memorial site . Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
Beautiful memorial . I will never forget that day almost 19 years ago.
Very solemn memorial . Be sure to talk to the rangers , they are very knowledgeable about the events surrounding Flight 93.
President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama participated in a wreath laying ceremony to honor those who lost their lives on 9/11, and to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. Read more
Well worth your time. As others have said, be sure to talk with the associates.
Very nicely done and maintained. If you can swing it, the 2 mile trail walk is worth it.
Simple yet a beautiful memorial . Very moving!
We visited to pay our respect and learned a lot about that day and the people.
Humbling experience where the hero’s of flight 93 stoped the plane from hitting the us capitol building
Fantastic spot to experience the reality of 9/11. Very emotional.
Beautiful memorial and tribute to a horrific event .
Very emotional visit. Plan on a few hours and a smart phone to fully appreciate the experience.
This is a "must experience " if you're in the area. Very moving and inspirational.
We were here in 2004 before it was developed. .a must do
It’s hard to even describe how sad this experience is. Somber , but necessary memorial . Extremely well done.
Glad I was able to make it here and pay my respects. Never forget!
Great staff to tell the heroes' tale
Extremely well done. A very moving place.
Spend a few minutes at the crash site and take the time to read the cockpit voice recorder logs inside the shelter.
A very sobering remembrance of a very horrific day.
Remains a sad memory
RIP to those who needlessly lost their lives to terrorism. We will always remember you.
Be sure to stop by the flight 93 memorial and say a prayer
Harrowingly beautiful
If youre traveling across PA, take a quick stop to pay your respects to true American heroes.
Can't wait to see the finished memorial .
very nicely put together :)
Be prepared to be emotional.
Take it in and remember.
Never forget
This place is palpably sad. Very solemn. People should not be taking pictures like its disneyworld
Come & see this place.
God Bless America

This shed has the best water selection out of all the other sheds along the turnpike. Definitely try it here. - David Horning
Beautiful lookout point from where you can see 3 states and 7 counties. Sadly the site is not maintained and most of the view is covered by the growing trees and vegetation. - Jenya S
