Burrata was a great side. Also note, prosciutto is available as a topping, which they cut fresh in time for serving.

Ask them to cut the pizza when it's halfway baked, then let it finish baking. This will keep the center from getting soggy -- a well-known affliction to pizzas of all types, not just 800 Degrees'.

They have one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had. You know it's better for you, so give it a try. I love the #Tartufo + bacon #TruffleRocks

Omgoodness one of the best single serving pizzas I have ever had. Get the "Carni" add extra cheese and salami .... Mmmm I'll b back!

Prosciutto and Buratta pizza is a trip back to Italy. So good.

Be sure to ask for the pizza well done otherwise the middle will be soggy. Other then that decent pizza and pretty speedy.

Neapolitan pizza tends to be soggy & is meant to be eaten with a knife & fork. Ask for your pizza to be cooked "well done" or "crispy " if you don't like soggy pizza .

Stay away. Go to Stella Barra instead. This place belongs in Downtown Disney (not that there's anything wrong with that). Very touristy . Gimmicky. Not great.
