Right next to sawgrass mall , they offer a shuttle that takes you to the mall . Great amenities , spacious clean rooms . Free parking , wifi , but no breakfast . They give u a warm cookie upon check in.

If you check in late, you get the rooms next to the elevator , ice machines, or the side emergency exit doors. Check in early and get a room in the middle.

Our company booked a conference room 6 months in advance, and the last 4 meetings were held here, but the concierge was clueless about the booking . No cookies either.

Front desk very helpful. Got our delivered packages many times. They try hardware to understand those who don't speak English.

The Hilton Honors Lounge on the 10th floor is not kept in the best condition. Floors are dirty , counters are sticky, and garbage is never taken out. This place is a kiddy playground at night.

I do not like for a crown plaza i really believe it need better attention from the front desk and no mouth wash, no 24 hrs room service . And the room is dirty .

Não é nem localizado pra quem quer curtir praia e turismo . Mas para quem foi as compras, é perfeito. Limpo, quarto amplo e equipado com microondas, geladeira e cafeteira . Wifi e estacionamento free.

Hotel é muito bom, porém eu esqueci um par de sapatos no quarto e quando retornei 2 dias depois ninguém sabia do mesmo. .
