Fruits and veggies are fresh, great quality and are among the lowest priced in Irvine. A must for those who cook.
They recently opened a cafe inside. The pizzas and sandwiches are great for lunch , although service can be a bit slow.

Park far-away as you can. There are CRAZY drivers who think they have the right-of-way & just make their own rules. I got into a small crash w/another driver who reversed at the same time as me.
Gf and I go here when we are cooking at her house. It's always packed but everything is cheaper. They even have all the hookah stuff u need as well .
