If you have a laptop stay away from the desktops PLEASE. Not everyone can afford laptops or have the physical capabilities to drag one around with them!! Sit at a table!

Sarah Trinh

You can download the printing program on the VCU Library website if you want to print from your laptop . A lot better than waiting for a computer to open up

Stephanie Polickoski

Def. check out the Media and Reserves room on the 3rd floor.. It's kind of a hidden treasure . DVD players, scanners, albums, all hidden away just for your enjoyment.

Jerel Wilmore

Under renovation and expansion, but still best library in Central Virginia.

Great news! Starbucks will be open during Library Lite All Nite, our end-of-semester, final exam 24 hours a day, 5 days a week schedule. Read more

Calish Castro

I remember this place before the Starbucks. All we had was a water fountain and a smoke spot.

Austin Sargent

If you can't find a book ask the help desk! It may be in storage!

Saud Alwasel

It's been a second home for me for a long time ❤️???? #Class12

Erin

I understand that GE second floor is for group study and does not mean quiet , but I truly don't need to hear your sexual exploits from the weekend. Nor does anyone else need to hear it. Ugh.

Matt Robo

If you're not using the computer don't sit by it. There are plenty of booths and tables elsewhere

Stephanie Polickoski

Remember that some people have actual work to do, try to stay off the computers if you're just going to Facebook

CeeJay Louis

4th floor is the quietest . To avoid demeaning glares, silence your phone a anything else that might make noise.

Chelsey Burch

The second floor is NOT a quiet floor-- so quit bitcbin' about being able to hear music through headphones! If you need peace , go elsewhere.

Ruthie Edwards

Browse the special collections on the 4th floor, lurk around in the basement computer lab, then leave a missed connection

Kristi Hall

Some people actually need the computers for work.. please, if you're not using them for such, let someone else use it.. there's not enough that's for sure.

JayR R

Count how many people are on a library computer or their laptop looking on Facebook and not doing work.

Matty Whitlock

4th floor is for silence! Not for whispering on your cell phone or giggling with your girlfriend about someones facebook status.

Stephanie Pitts

Give yourself lots of time to print before class !

CeeJay Louis

Don't talk while coming off the elevator on the 3rd or 4th floors. It's really annoying.

Austin Sargent

If thee computers on the first floor are too busy...use the ones on 3 & 4

Jackie Lowe

Just because you are on the 1st or 2nd floor doesn't mean you can be obnoxiously loud . Its still a library bitch

Adam Cuppett

Google the app , you can for certain amounts of time restrict websites

CeeJay Louis

2nd floor is where all the action is. If you plan on getting work done on your own, avoid.

VA Kennedy

There's not one around in the summer. There is so much room!

Joshua Togger

Get off Facebook and four square and do some real studying.

Aba Mfrase-Ewur

Watch out for the 1:50 AM intercom warning. It'll startle ya.

Chuck Winthrope

You know how many fucking magazines are on the first floor ? Shiyyyyit

Finding a place to sit is hard but finding a computer or outlet is terrible, make sure your laptop is fully charged
