Beautiful newly renovated hotel convenient to everywhere with amazing food and cocktails right downstairs and walking distance

If you are staying in St Kilda, this is the place to be. Lovely boutique hotel near the beach . Book the corner suite.

Our experience wasn’t the best due to poor timing-noisy roadworks outside+ reno inside hotel(lift was down, had to lug our bags via stairs). Flawed bathroom design(door placement odd). Yummy food tho!

Monday special: dirt cheap beer . That's everything that needs to be said (plus very cool drawing art at the front)

Private party. Awesome food, setting & service. Highly recommended.

Nicely designed hotel let down by a few things - lots of noise from the street (honking, yelling), towels were paper thin and the shower ran hot-cold-hot-cold. Breakfasts were good.

Once upstairs, enter the bandroom via the corridor to the loos for the best possie to stage.
