Great area for kids! The names of the animals are on the fence. Pretty great place to start off the zoo visit!
This exhibit provides city-slicker children (and adults too!) a great opportunity to interact and see domestic farm animals up close, which I think is really wonderful.
Young children love the farm animals that make their home in the Kid's Farm . They can help groom goats and donkeys with the help of the zoo staff . -- Green Guide Editor
Kids farm is closing soon due to federal budget issues. Zoo had to also cut 8 FTEs and close the pizza garden . Thank you, GOP led congress for your continual FAIL
Love the donkeys !
Stroller Friendly !
Go visit Savannah and Caroline, the pigs . They're adorable.
The kids farm has not closed and there are no plans to close it.
Disappointing you can’t feed the animals
Zoo lights!
Even the adult pandas are adorable. The little one absurdly so! Well worth the wait. - Erin Rath
My step son had to see the pirañas and as soon as we stepped into the Amazonia house these lovely pink birds were so close we could have touched them! We didn't though! #noglassexhibition - Eliza Weeks
Bring a hat, umbrella ???? or something to shield you from the sun. Super clean and educational. Staff is so friendly - Honey Rush
It can get pretty warm in here. Nice exhibits but the animals are scarce and hard to find. - Harjit
Beautiful new carousel costs only $3 and is a wonderful way to teach about conservation and biodiversity. This is sure to be a classic! - Rachel
