Westerpark

A park with a culture. It has art galleries , event halls, jazz club , dance clubs in it. It's a regular host for a number of music and food festivals , especially in summertime.

Fantastic park for walking your dog! You can walk for an hour or more on the off-leash paths from end to end. Plenty of swimming areas for your dog to cool down in the summer. We love it here!

Awesome park , even bigger than Vondelpark , in the former premises of a gas processing factory . They preserve some of the buildings for cafes and restaurants , and there's lot of natural to walk or bike

You are lucky person if you live or stay close to the Westerpark. It is large park with channels, ponds , swamps and green gardens . Nice cafes are located closer to the city center.

Great park to chill after work. It's never too crowded . There's two parts, one that's a real park with a lake and trees , and another part that is 'cultuurpark' without trees so with a lot of sun.

I love this park as it's very local. Great to both cycle and walk through. Always packed on a sunny day. Some of the events held here are fanatic

A great place for....most things you would like to do in a park . Picnic , relaxing strolls, soak in some sun, go for a run, people watch etc. Also, it's not as busy as Vondelpark so that's a bonus

Picnics , bars , clubs, cinema , galleries , this park has it all! Try biking farther west of westergasfabriek for serene nature including tons of hopping bunnies .

Great to run here. You can go all the way to Haarlem if you feel like.

Sunday Market - first Sunday of the month - is awesome! Great food and artisan market by the old gas factory .

On a sunny day, unexpectedly call a close friend or preferably a loved one. Go to Westerpark in Amsterdam with some food and drinks and enjoy each other's company in the sun :)
