Incredible local dive away from the Bourbon St madness. Shrimp po boy and a (small sized) frozen Irish coffee are the move. Drop a shot of Jameson's in it - trust me.

Amber

Came in for the pork belly poboy , stayed for the frozen irish coffee . 10/10 would recommend.

Rob V. Burr

Best part of waking up: Erin Rose Irish Coffee in your cup. The Po Boys in back are the perfect bite after your eye-opener. I especially enjoyed the meatloaf myself.

Daniel Simpson

Great stop, so glad i found it on the first day and was back every day of my trip. Decent drink prices and pours compared to the bourbon st and best music playing. nothing but rock, and metal

Justin H

Great po boys and the best Guinness pour in the quarter. The bartenders can be a bit cunty sometimes. But such is NOLA.

Joe Davis

Bartenders are super cool and enjoy the party atmosphere just as much as the patrons. The owner hangs out like a regular so she can keep an eye on the details. Great spot for locals.

Neal Joseph

A fabulous place to end up at 2 am on a Tuesday. When a random guy comes through asking if you want gumbo , GET IT. Superb. Half a crab and shrimp in deeply spiced gumbo goodness.

Mark Phelan

Great setting; Friendly bartender ; Just off of Bourbon but quite and fun. Great Bloody Mary . I was impressed the longer we stayed. Check out the menu and their support of local farmers ; all in a pub .

Jen S

Frozen Irish coffee ! Perfect to go, walking around the French Quarter on a steamy hot day. Would say this dive bar is what everyone wants in a “first stop” for the day!

Jon Chan

Get a large frozen Irish coffee and a pork belly poboy from the back!

Sarah Wilkinson

Love this place. Get the frozen Irish coffee with a rum floater. Adult milkshake ! So tasty! Not too overpoweringly sugary somehow!

Paul Cunningham

Block off of bourbon street, and all that goes with that. Good Po boys from killer Po boys ( cash only)- pork belly is pretty decent. Decent beer prices ($10 credit min).

Dominic Butchello

Dive-y Irish bar , but don't let the proximity to Bourbon St. fool you. Local and low-key.

Stephen Smythe

Great little bar with attentive bartenders willing to mix up specialties and standards ...heads up no menu. Bonus in the back Killer Po-Boys

Brandi Bruce

Just enough dive with a ton of fun. Great drink prices and if you’re hungry, check out the Killer po boys in the back

Kika G

You will make so many friends here! Bloody Marys + frozen Irish Coffee are perfect for day drinking at this place just off the beaten path.

Daniel McDonough

Grab a Po Boy (Shrimp is legit) in the back and a frozen Irish coffee . Great lunch .

Karen Cooper

Everything you’d ever need or want from an Irish pub . Great staff/service. Happy customers. Cold beer . Excellent merch.

Bar looked very crowded . Went to the back to get the killer po'boys and they did not disappoint. The pork belly and the beef po'boys tasted phenomenal

Worth the wait and the trip to the back! It's all good

Warning: While certainly delicious in the morning, the frozen Irish coffee is not a substitute for actual coffee . Better order both.

Loved this bar ! Went back a couple times. Sit by the open windows. Super friendly & helpful staff .

The frozen Irish coffee is $6 and WELL WORTH IT. Wow it’s delicious
