La Mansion Hotel is located on the northern end of the San Antonio River Walk, which is where most of the local river walk attractions are centrally located. This hotel is right on the river .

If you find a better hotel in San Antonio , stay there. Otherwise, great River Walk views and nice staff . Join the affinity program for more perks. Geat for kids, too.

Perfect location. But don't use the hotel parking . It is waaaaay cheaper literally across the street.

Beautiful vintage Spanish style hotel that offers great views of the Riverwalk! Really beautiful rooms and the bed are so comfortable with soft pillows .

The first permanent site of St. Mary's Institute and, later, St. Mary's College. Part of the original school is incorporated into the architecture . Look for the plaque that commemorates St. Mary's.

Cute hotel directly at the river walk. You can also use the gym and spa at Mokara across the river .

Room service is quick and courteous and the chocolate plate is outstanding.

Great location. If sleep is important to you during your stay, be sure to ask for an inside room. The courtyard facing rooms, particularly the ones facing the hospital , are very loud at night.

Best rooms, staff , and location

World class service. Wouldn't rather stay any place else on the river walk. Simply amazing.

You can hear every toilet flush, sink, or shower through the walls. Not a great place for a light sleeper. Speaking from experience.

Rooms are disgusting, I don't pay $300 a night to share my room with bugs & flys. Hold your nose when you run the tap in the bathroom sink, smells like rotten fish . $38 a night for valet.

Park across the street in the garage , it's $9 overnight vs $32 @ valet!

Not very baby friendly . Nowhere to change a baby. Nowhere to nurse privately. No benches in bathrooms and main lobby bathroom is only 1 stall so not only nowhere to change but nowhere to feed baby.

Wi-fi is spotty. Three tech support phone calls and limited to no service on my iPhone 5 and my new iPad. Plan to use your 3G or 4G here.
