Good old fashioned Italiano cockney British place. Design your own breakfast if you want to. They let you swap everything and I've seen them cook eggs on the milk frothier for optimum fluffiness.
A place threat just makes you happy. Ironically the best full English in London seems to be served by this family-run Italien place. Get fried bread & side of beans. Lively atmosphere , lovely people.
20 January: The café has been run by the Pellicci family since 1900, & combines a traditional East End atmosphere with a classic Italian café in a space created by carpenter Achille Capocciin in 1946.
The most wonderful owners. Will make anyone feel welcome. And the food is cheap , homemade , filling and delicious. I would eat here over anywhere else in London. Ask to see the picture book !!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Fantastic food and lovely people we'll be back in a flash. Proper east end greasy spoon with good quality food. Delicious breakfast .
Great breakfast plate for a filling brunch . Add beans to make it even more classy . With a cup of americano you'll pay £7.20
The breakfast was delicious! Had 2 cappuccinos ! The service was fast and with a genuine smile! I become a fa! Really good!
Best breakfast I had in London. The lady who served us was very nice and talkative. Highly recommended to anyone visiting London.
It's a proper Italian coffee place, with an authentic vibe (it's been run by the same family for over 100 years). A perfect spot to relax on a weekend morning.
Lovely service, wonderful Italian vibe and honest dishes. Unfortunately, the pasta didn't convince and was missing salt, while the sauces are great for the price you pay! Good meat dishes.
Not on the menu . Pasta Pellicci with escalope (£12). I'd take the escalope dish as is on the menu though, not convinced by the pasta .
Iconic place, great value for many, probably Kray bros loved it, even the movie about 'em was shot here:)
Don't forget to add the homemade potato croquettes . Seriously fantastic fry up
Good food, amazing service, the waiter was very friendly and funny. It was very crowded when I went there.
If you're visiting London this is essential, one of few remaining traditional cafes , with proper breakfast fry up.
Share tables with the locals, order some homecooked italian grub and listen to Peter's views on world politics from wherever you are sitting
Can't go wrong with a full english . Add hash browns and crispy bacon to create perfection.
Best cafe in Bethnal Green. Staff are so friendly and the food is delicious. The lasagna is gorgeous.
Amazing home-made lasagne . Penne Pellici is also delicious.
Decent grub, really friendly atmosphere . Owners really make you feel at home
Est. 1900. Vintage Art Deco workers' cafe offering one of the best and cheapest full English breakfasts in London.
That chinotto drink is so strange. That's part of the Italian experience there.
Nice people, good vibes and some of the best and dirtiest english breakfasts .
Come on a weekday to beat the queues. Ask for a free sample of pesto - delicious!
The fish and chips on a Friday are some of he best I've ever had
I love the character of the place but the real Italian taste of the dishes has been lost throughout the years.
Ok food but excellent service. Lots of locals, homely feel with typical British Italian owners. Very good cappuccino .
Cosy environment and good value for money . The veil escalope is GOOD.
As much social club as café , Pellicci's marquetry-panelled interior is cramped; sharing tables is to be expected - if not, relished . The staff are endlessly chirpy, and the chips are rightly renowned. Read more
Low-key breakfast place. Good for coffee , local vibe and awesome waiter !

English breakfast is always a good move, but their sandwiches are sooooo good.
You should experience the best in London.
