I adore this hotel . I've stayed here a couple times before and keep coming back. Comfy beds , great shower , friendly staff , outstanding location (near parks , tube & food) AMAZING TEA . Stay here.

A la carte breakfast is delicious! Granola is top notch, full English looks scary but is actually very digestible while home made waffles with honey&bananas are heavenly :)

Perfect location and nice overall design of hotel , compared to others in London. Go for the breakfast , simple and not too much choice, but of good quality!

The afternoon tea is delightful. The rooms are small but aesthetically pleasing. Staff is super friendly . Neighborhood is great; just a few steps away from South Kensington station . 10/10.

Lovely hotel ! Make sure to get a high floor to avoid the rumblings of the underground. The WiFi is sadly almost unusable... So save work for another day ????.

If you're a light sleeper, ask for a non-front room. And dear dear Ampersand - invest in sound-proofing the windows. Street noise and tired souls make for a bad match!

Great hotel ! Higher price but worth it. High standard meeting room facilities.

Small rooms with hardly any place to put your luggage. Huge bathrooms for no reason. Super small closet means u can’t even hang your clothes properly. Apart from the location, I won’t recommend this.
