The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach

I've stayed at this property twice and loved every second of it. Service is superb as is the location. Could walk right down to South Beach . One of the nicest places I have stayed anywhere.

I love this place, but I really don't like the dim colors and the hotel is a bit outdated! Location is perfect, beach amenities are great. Recommended.

After a day spent soaking in the rays, cool off with a Cucumber Pedicure complete with mint scrub and cucumber mint foot masque. Cucumber soothes while the mint awakens and restores.

The Lanai Oceanfront Suite is great space for a family but it does get a lot of pool & restaurant noise during the day to early evening.

The attention from all staff members is exceptional. They really seek to give guests wonderful experiences. The hotel rooms are very tired - I've seen cleaner and better equipped rooms at Hampton Inn .

Frank by the pool was the best! It was my birthday and was so helpful! Had a great time staying there.

Still the best hotel on the beach . Unsurpassed service, great views , spacious suites & rooms, pools, retail shops and a spa . You never have to leave the property to get the full SOBE experience.

I can't say that this hotel can compete with the other ritz properties in the world. Kinda below standard

A good location hotel . Quite. The poolside rooms with floor to ceiling balcony views of the ocean are stunning. Go for it!

Natalia is the best waitress ever! Boris will take cate of you at the pool. Merton is great by the pool. Bring your kids to the kids club and they will have the best time with Angela.

10 girls on bachlorette and we all had a great time! Staff is amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The experience there was wonderful.

Great spot for your clients to stay in South Beach . Check out Josh Steadman and his band on a Sunday afternoon at the beach bar too!

The hotel has been refurbished but it still has it's original charme and could still serve as the set for an oldfashioned James Bond Movie . The service is outstanding.

Although you might never have to leave the property to get the full SOBE experience, its location is ideal for a stroll down Lincoln road the promenade designed by Modernist master Morris Lapidus.

Eh, it's ok. Service is high-calibre, but the design is dated and a little stodgy, it's overpriced, and overall feels like a hotel in identity crisis. There are much better places nearby (SLS, Delano)

Great location, great food, order tacos and a glass of wine and enjoy the view .

Do yourself and relax on this end of the beach . $20 for a chair and $20 for an umbrella or $100 for a queen bed with umbrella. It's worth it

I had a good time in the pool but food bad, and at around 3 o'clock in the morning the fire alarm went off due to some problems.

This end of the beach was less crowded and the Rio Star cocktail from the bar inside the Ritz-Carlton is awesome!

If you have lunch or dinner at the restaurant ask for Brent as you server and have a brentini. You won't be sorry!!!

Sunday brunch is the best in SE Florida

Ask for Natalia when you eat at the hotel 's restaurant for breakfast . She's the best server they have here and she has a wonderful personality.
