Queen's Park

Probably the best local park in London (excluding the major ones). Gets a bit busy on sunny weekends though.

On a day like today it's the perfect place to be, good sized running path all around the park , a fun area for the kids to go wild, nice little cafe , tennis courts , ping pong tables and lots more....

Don't get me wrong, I like Queen's Park, but by god does it get busy. Pitch and putt is an enjoyable way to while away an afternoon. Booking a tennis court is as easy as swimming the channel.

Lovely park , playground + farmyard. Cafe nice enough, good ice cream . QPARA run annual Sept event . Local group raising funds to upgrade playground . Winter gathering Dec 6th 4-6pm. Pretty bandstand .

Lovely park in Queens Park , bigger than I realised. Chilled out & not too crowded at the weekend.

Queens Park has a giant sandpit, a paddling pool and patrolling wardens, and plans are afoot to give it a naturalistic makeover when sufficient funds have been raised. Read more

Great place to become lazy on a sunny day!

Excellent for Pokémon

If you have children take them to see the animals in the south east corner of the park (then on too the sand-pit on the opposite side)

Check out that Jacks café that it´s a block from the park . Good breakfast !

Keep an eye out for Cillian Murphy. He runs around the park .

Great place to run for a bit

go and see the two new tiny goats in the petting zoo . then have a cuppa at the park cafe

Play Mini-golf...the entrance is hidden down the side of the cafe
