Great place to catch an indie film or documentary . Much cheaper than any of the Regal/United Artists theaters. Close to some cute restaurants (Zahav , Positano Coast). Make sure to park in the garage .
The home of all off beat movies in Philly, need to try zahav after the movie which is in the area, awesome food!!!
Great place for the small, artful and or foreign film if consequence.... oh, and pretty good popcorn !
If you love indie films , this is the place to see them. A short walk from just about anywhere in Old City , Society Hill , South Street and Penn's Landing.
Remember there are three Ritz movie houses in Philly, all within walking distance. Independent films only!
Get food from the raw bar at Positano across the street before each and every film .
Great for tall people. The seating provides the most legroom of any theater I've visited.
Great theater with good prices and a classic feel.
Use the kiosk to buy tickets.
Please go see Short Term 12 while you have a chance. Fantastic, beautiful movie .
One of the best theaters to visit if you are into independent films and visiting PA!!
Great crowd. None of that multiplex or ghetto nonsense.
If you want a great experience viewing quality movies , Ritz 5 is the place.
Drop by and see a movie here. You will likely feel smarter and more cultured by the time you leave.
Possible the nastiest bathroom at a "Movie House " ever. Damn.
Not much space to hang out before the movie , decent theaters for indie movies .
Check prices because they're lower on certain days and times
Nice little theaters here...lots of previews come offs here!
I think Philly's best indi movie spot...
Indie theatre, great popcorn
This place doesn't have that typical gross movie theater smell, and the seats recline a little which is nice.
Indie movies , and special screenings.
Get a steak from the snackbar and eat it off one of the toiletseats in the restroom .
Popcorn is a must-have! It's made with real butter!
Good selection of films .
It's an older crowd here but perfect for a Woody Allen movie !
Has the most interesting movie snack bar .
