The dish with the Australian fish was so good I had tingles down my back eating it! The dish was prepared Guatemalan style, the fish with guac stacked on rice , tortilla and beans, amazing!

Portofino plate was amazing!! It is a lot of delicious seafood with some pasta , was really good, the flavor, textures were awesome!! I absolutely recommend this place, it is a gem hide in Monterey!!

+1 on the calimari appetizer ! A nice way to prepare fried calimari as sliced strips, and the sauce served along side is a unique compliment

Clam chowder is excellent even though lukewarm. Fried calamari were a surprise. I didn't know calamari can be that tasteless. Service was very good.

Calamari is amazing here. Make sure you get a bowl of calm chowder as well .

Do the local seabass ! And the calamari appetizer are huge strips of fillet, so worth it! Good clam chowder . The fillet of sole is fishy, skip it.

Although the service is good, food quality has gone downhill. I'm really disappointed because I used to like this place. It's now like a Mexican restaurant , and not a seafood one.

Food was good, though not exceptional. Waitress was extremely rude and felt inconvenienced by my party waiting for one member and splitting the bill. Charged us $3 to split a plate without telling us.
