Catch the Sunday barista for a unique experience. It’ll take a bit longer but he’ll explain his whole process for your chosen drink (e.g. how he uses sugar in an iced latter).
You'll wonder how you walked by for so many years without noticing this hole in the wall on Pike between 5th and 6th next to the Banana Republic. Maple syrup latte : just the right amount of sweet.
Right around the corner if you are staying at the Motif Hotel . Great coffee and tea but a small is only 8 oz so go for a bigger size!
Ignore the older comments on cash only , they now accept credit cards!
In my opinion, the best coffee in downtown Seattle (business district).
If you are a coffee lover, that's your place! Excellent macchiato (the closest thing to our cortado / tallat) and great service. Kosta , the old guy that works there during weekends, is super friendly !
Get the maple syrup latte ! There's also a maple bacon latte option if you're brave.
A quaint coffee bar in Seattle that packs a kick. It is great stop for a true Seattle coffee experience. Be prepared, the walk up stand only accepts cash.
No fuss quick great coffee on the go. Made a point to pass by everyday when staying in downtown.
It's cool-looking, and ordering at the street window and sipping your espresso while pedestrians walk by is pretty fun. My espresso was super bitter though, not very tasty.
Great hole in the wall (literally). Sit and enjoy the people watching on one of the benches
Great espresso , has outdoor seating on curb.
Finally got here. It is indeed one of the best espresso stops, and not just in Seattle. Espresso macchiato is the best! Love this place.
Lavender latte ! Kosta (only weekends?) was so friendly . Also, 25 cents to use credit card (only weekdays?).
Best coffee in the retail corridor. Friendly baristas . And you get to sit outside for a few minutes and enjoy your drink.
This little coffee window is a Seattle icon and where the bike messengers get their caffeine. Enough said.
A great walk up coffee stand that packs a kick. Stop by for a true Seattle coffee experience. Please note they only accept cash.
Perfect macchiato . Yes, even in a paper cup to go.
Truly superior Coffee . Even just the basic latte is perfect. Make sure to bring cash. There is no card reader.
Great, kind service with tasty coffee and treats. No seating so a good place to stop while on adventures
The best caramel latte AND maple syrup latte ❣️ we got a chubby cause of comments we read and yes..it's delish ????
The owner is such a friendly , hardworking man! The chubbies , like cookie blobs, are always delicious, he makes a mean espresso
Must go on Sunday’s when the older man is working...he’s the best
I'm a terrible coffee snob/ex barista and Monorail is the best place in downtown probably in seattle to get your fix. Usually have to wash bad shots down with syrup and sugar...not here.
Great coffee , but no seating and cash only
Duff McKagan says this is the first real espresso stand in Seattle. Now some 30 years old, this stand can’t be overlooked in its importance to the culture of coffee in this town . http://bit.ly/phhnN0
The lavender latte was unique and intrigued me to try other things, but one of the baristas wasn't very friendly . I was clearly a first time customer, but that wasn't a concern for her
Triple shot 16oz latte closest thing to a large flat white I have found in Seattle! Very good!
This hole in the wall coffee spot is cash only . The espresso is delicious-- try a Burnt Cream latte .
One of the best espresso places in Seattle, quick and easy, designed for people on the go. Make sure you try one of their homemade cookies !
If you’re looking for a spot to relax at, look elsewhere—this coffee place is just a walk up window
Cute place (not a sit down), funny signs, and kind baristas ???? love the day olds too
The Burnt cream latte is just the right amount of sweet...like a creme brûlée to drink
Great cash only coffee window. $3.50 cappuccino to start the morning
Great open air setup with contactless payments, but cortado was meh
Great coffee love the Chubby cookie ☺️
Very good Italian Sodas . Raspberry is one of the best!
incredibly good coffee & fantastic service. this is a genuine taste of seattle.
Really cool hole in the wall coffee spot , with excellent coffee .
Friendly staff and a great cream latte . Recommend!
Best espresso downtown and staff always very friendly !
The best spot for an awesome espresso drink as you walk to work each morning!
Tasty, economical, and very good coffee of course.
Cute little espresso stand in downtown Seattle run by the friendliest old man on the planet. "Thank you for letting me be a part of your day." *sap*
Great coffee , enjoy it and go back to work, they are looking for you.
Get an Americano with cinnamon and honey . It's incredible
Chai latte was a winner. Nice baristas too
Excellent coffee and the cubbie was delicious!
Get a macchiato to stay and drink it on the sidewalk.
Espresso is delicious and you have to try a chubby !
My new favorite coffee shop in Seattle. I will definitely be back there every time I visit. Cutest place ever! - Jen Cunningham
I love this place. Best coffee ever! Friendly humble service & I was thoroughly impressed with the milky way espresso..I wish we had a Cherry St in Texas. - Yvette Salazar
The two morning baristas are awesome and so friendly! Anything is good here but they make an excellent London Fog! - Megan Huffman
Impressed with the selection of fresh meats and produce at great prices. The flower bouquets are surprisingly inexpensive. I recommend having Hungarian sausage and draft beer at Uli's Famous Sausage. - Christopher Best
A must-visit in Seattle. The views of the city are beautiful, and there is a bar at the top. - Kelley L.
