Ah Chiang's Porridge

Porridge is smooth not thick. Ate minced meat . Very minced in porridge . Overall very easy to chew, temperature is just right ????????

The 4.80 chef-reco'd C2 century egg fish porridge is as velvety smooth and luscious as any proper congee worth it's salt. Well-seasoned, and in a good 'hood.

With egg or without egg makes no difference. Only the look is fascinating. Quite an average porridge , little ingredients in the porridge . Little fish and century egg . The tofu in Thai sauce not bad.

Plain porridge that relies on soy sauce for fuller flavor. Failed, and it costs 5 dollars! Fish slices were miserable in quantity and costs 3.20!

The porridge was much nicer last time, but it's still tasty now. Yusheng is must try!!

pig 's liver porridge can eat de.. thin enuff slices and not overcooked. Yusheng can dun eat. Be careful of e fishbones in e fish porridge .heaps of them,not advisable for kiddos
