Cute little place with affordable food & drink. Sherlock (with salmon ) & vegetarian breakfast ????????????????????????

Great old school cafe for excellent English breakfast ; poached eggs too! An old haunt pre Sherlock notoriety and great to see it's not had a makeover.

Their tea and coffee is amazing, one of the best I've ever drunk, not to mention that it is amust-go place for a Sherlock fan !

Nice people, good food and that know, that Benedict Cumberbatch and Morgan Freeman were here to!

A great place to stop if you are visiting UCL. If you sit outside to the left of the café , be prepared to be in lots of people's photos.

It is the outdoor location of BBC Sherlock 's 221b Baker Street. You know it, of course. And oh, they serve good tea . ????

Although it became somewhat famous with Sherlock fans , the place is still a pretty normal small breakfast place. We only had to wait 10min for a seat and you get good value for money

Features in BBC's Sherlock. Gives a very cheap lunch while you can sit next to Sherlock and watson's flat :)

The cheeseburger was delicious. The meat had more flavor than any burger I've had before

Great staff , great food, great atmosphere! It's my favourite cafe in London! If you are a big Sherlock fan you should definitely come here!

Bacon sandwiches , omelettes , jacked potatoes , all is delicious. And friendly atmosphere .

Amazing coffee but a food is a bit average, even with such large portions .

The staff are friendly , the prices cheap and the veg risotto is lovely!
