The customer service is excellent. They have never treated me like they're in a rush regardless of how many people are in the store. They take the time to find out what I'm trying to accomplish!

Precision has moved! We closed our 3810 N. Lamar Store after 21 years. ( We had to, the landlord is tearing it down) Our huge new store is now open at 2438 W. Anderson Lane . Come see us.

Precision camera is one of the core things I love about Austin. Simply put, if you need a DSLR, a four-thirds camera , or lenses , these guys will probably have it-and they will know something about it.

Huge store with anything and everything you could want. Has short classes and very helpful staff . Helped me get my first Dslr and I love it.

Really love coming in here. For me it's like a kid in a candy store . Their rental prices for lenses aren't bad at all, staff are immensely knowledgeable , friendly , & approachable. :)

I'd also like to add my two cents in on how amazing and knowledgeable staff is here. I'm always treated like a professional, with respect, & I've never felt like I was being pushed into a sale.

I am actually shocked at how good their prices are for a brick and mortar store. After looking at Internet prices, I got a better deal here for a used camera body and brand-new battery!

Great prices and the people are always so friendly and helpful. Green shopping for awhile and going back today for a Canon 70D!

They've moved to the West Anderson Plaza , on the north side of Anderson Ln. just west of Burnet Rd. Much nicer facility - same great staff !
