I have never had a problem with customer service the tea and mcchickens are great. Even if I had a problem I wouldn't post it here call the 800 number or the store help them fix this thankyou

Holy shit! Stop talking to your dumb ass friends through the window for 10min. Don't take that long for a simple sandwich and wash your hands!

Good service today we had a bunch of kids and was fast and friendly :)

Super unorganized! Plus one of the crew members cursed loudly while costumers were standing right there, two of which we kids I was with...

I ordered chicken mcnuggets and ask for sweet and sour sauce instead they gave me ranch. No straw for my drink and the fries were uncooked. WTF. They weren't even BUSY! Just chatting with each other!

Horrible, food is never right, management will outright lie to customers, the only way to get through to them is to contact the franchise owner, and even that does no good 90% of the time.

Don't ask 4 fries instead of apples in the kids meal . They r brain washed here.

The girl cooking is having a bad day. She likes to swear out loud .

Dirty , horrible service, order wrong. Better to go to QT and get a big Mac. Better chance of getting it all right.
