The classes are amazing. Zumba , p90x, red warrior, insanity, piyo, strength, cize, country heat, turbokick. Instructors and members are friendly makes you feel at home.
Best Zumba classes by far! Can't find another gym that has as fun of classes as these that will make you SWEAT!
